Order Cancellation and Modification
 

Once an order is placed on our website, no cancellations or modifications are allowed. Kindly confirm all details before placing the order.

Damages and Claims

Stone Falling:

If a stone falls and is found inside the package, it will not be considered damage. This may have occurred during transit, and we request you to fix it using Fevistick or a similar adhesive.

If the issue cannot be fixed, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving it.

Other Damages:

For any other damages, we require an unboxing video as proof.

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

The video must be continuous, unpaused, and uncut from the moment the parcel is opened to the point where the issue is shown.

Reach us with in 3 days of products received after 3 days complaints will not be accepted 

Videos of items that are already opened or reopened will not be accepted.

Submit your unboxing video via WhatsApp to +91 9342854814 along with your Order ID.

Once the video is reviewed, we will respond within 36 hours and take corrective action if necessary.

Important Notes

Stone falling inside the package is not classified as damage. Customers are encouraged to fix it themselves, but if not fixable, we’re here to help.

Any issues are likely caused during transit, and we assure you that Sister_hood____ does not send damaged products to customers.

Claims without proper unboxing videos will not be considered.

Refunds or replacements are applicable only for verified damages during shipping or manufacturing defects.
